Mr. Lastly's advice is that youth need to get back to their roots and embrace agriculture. The older generations are retiring, and it is time for the young people to become more willing to teach others to embrace agriculture.

Mr. Lastly believes that as an agricultural community, we must have a standard message to tell and share with anyone interested in agriculture. We must capitalize on agriculture technology advancements to continue thriving in agriculture.

Mr. Lastly advised everyone to learn and understand what we do in agriculture and have a positive message to share about our industry.
